BIOGRAPHY

Anna Harutunyan was born in 1976 in Yerevan.
From 1982 - 92 she attended Republic Center of Armenia.
Her works were represented  on the republic and world exhibitions. Simultaneously she was studing in Kojoyan school. In 1991 she entered in Terlemezyan Art College.
In 1992 she went to Germany. In 1997 she entered to the Art Academy for Fine Arts in North-Rhine Westfalia of Djuren on the faculty of painting.
The administration of the Academy high appreciated her advanced unique performance of ideas, thats why she was transfered to the studio-course of student working on graduation thesis. They have the possibility to take part on the exhibitions and had a big chance to get the qualification of master.
In 2000 she passed examinations without attending lectures and graduated Art Academy of Djuren.
In 1995 Anna Harutunyan had the personal and groups exhibitions: personal - in 1995 - 1996, 1997, 1999 in different cities of Germany.
In 1997 there was a "Competition of Avanced Young Painters" were Anna Harutunyan was aknowledget the best painter of the year in Pulhaim (Germany). In the same year she was stuiding in the Summer Academy on the faculty of the paining at the class of famous painter Lisa Endris.
In 1997 Anna became the member of the Union of Painters of Cologne "KUK" (Kuenstler Union Koeln).
In 1998 she entered the Union of Painters of Germany.
In 2000 she became the member of the Armenian Union of Painters.
In 2000 Anna Harutunyan had the personal exhibition in Armenian Union of Painters.
In 2001 she had the group exhibition Art-Expo in Tokyo, as well as in Beyrut (Noyan Tapan Art gallery).. During the same year Anna had the group exhibition, dedicated to Dante in Armenia and in Italy (Ravenna, Museum of Dante).
1998 - 1999 she had the personal exhibition in the internet gallery "The European Cyber Gallery of Modern Art".
In 2002 she had the personal exhibition in Geghard (Armenia).
Since 2002 design of costumes, decorations for a National ballet, Theater, Festivals.
Since 2003 - President of Young Artists Union of Armenian.
Since 2003 - member of Unesco.
In 2003 participated in International exhibition "Citè des Art", Paris.
In 2004 - The first international Visual Art-EXPO–ART CAUCAUSUS Tbilisi, Georgia.
In 2004 2008 - Member of the Youth Council of Committee on Science, Education and Culture of the National Parliament of Armenia.
2004 was designed of Art Street in the City Yerevan "Moscows Boulevard".
Since 2007 - Head of "Arev-art" Gallery.
Since 2004 - Head of "Total Art" Cultural NGO.
In 2008, 2009, 2010 she had the personal exhibition in the Main Gallery of Almelo (Holland) 1995 - 2010 - participation in international and republican group exhibitions.
2009 - organization and participation in the 53th International Biennale in Venice, presentation of works of Armenian young Artists.
In 2011 - producer and painter for the "Dashtadem Castle" Film.
In 2011 presented the Armenian Art in the "Days of Armenia" in Locarno (Switzerland).
In 2011 participated in the group exhibition at the Armenian Embassy in China (Pekin), dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Independence of Armenia.
In 2011 - the Artist of Year from the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) Univertsity
Some of her works are in "Modern Museum" in Germany and Museum of St. Lazarus in Venice.
More than 5 years she works and cooperates with the "Culture Center" of the Yerevan State University as a major artist.
Some of her works are in Germany, in the museum and also in the private collections of Germany, Greece, Spain, France, USA, Spain, Russia, Holland.
