Mild climate Mild climate is typical to mountain-slopes and plateaus at 2400m above the sea level. Winters are severe, comparatively damp with steady snow cover. In January the medium air temperature is from 0C up to –8C, the minimum temperature is –35C. Springs are mild and long. Summers are warm, temperate damp, mostly with fine weather. In July-August the medium air temperature is +15C, the maximum temperature is +36C. Autumns are warm, mostly windless. The amount of annual rainfall is 600-700mm. Grain-crops and fruit-trees are cultivated. The climate
is favourable for mountain resting places and health-resorts. |
