Adopted by the National Assembly
of the Republic of Armenia
March 5, 1996

Article 1. In the Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Taxes and Duties in the Republic of Armenia" the words "at the amount of 0,5 percent" replace by the words "at the amount of 0,25 percent" excluding the words "if otherwise is not defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. This Law enters into force from the date of publication.
