ArcaLer (QI*) рейтинг обобщенного индекса виртуального интеллектуального капитала веб сайтов международных правовых организаций на 02.02.2011г.

Из рассмотренных 14 международных правовых организаций в первую тройку по рейтингу на 02.02.2011г. входят сайты: Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (1.41QI), Venice Commission Council of Europe (0.60QI), International Institute for Democracy (0.48QI).

По сравнению с данными на 21.09.2010г. поднялся рейтинг сайтов: Concourts.net - comparative constitutional analysis с 12 на 9 место(3↑), International Institute for Democracy - с 5 на 3 место(2↑), International Association of Constitutional Law - с 13 на 11 место(2↑).

Свои позиции по сравнению с данными на 21.09.2010г. уступили сайты: Institute for European Constitutional Law – с 9 места на 12 место (3↓), Consultative Council of European Judges – с 11 места на 13 место(2↓), Max-Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law – с 3 места на 4 место (1↓), Juristisches Internetprojekt Saarbrücken – с 4 места на 5 место (1↓), Law Library of Congress – с 6 места на 7 место (1↓).

По сравнению с рейтингом на 21.09.2010г. значение обобщенного индекса виртуального интеллектуального капитала с 0.23 поднялось до 0.27.
